Basement Waterproofing and Crawl Space Repair Services in Roswell, GA
Living in Roswell, GA, a city known for its charm and historic appeal, homeowners know the importance of maintaining their homes to ensure comfort and value. In this part of the country, basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation are critical for a variety of reasons. Firstly, these services help to keep below grade areas dry, preventing water damage that could compromise the structural integrity of the home. Crawl space encapsulation, in particular, completely seals off the space from the soil beneath it, the foundation walls, and the underside of the floor, thereby keeping it dry and free from moisture. This not only helps to maintain the health of the structure but also improves living conditions, making homes feel less damp in the summer and ensuring floors aren’t cold in the winter. Moreover, encapsulation prevents issues like foundation moisture, musty odors, and mold, which can negatively impact air quality and cause health problems. Given these benefits, homeowners in Roswell, GA, should consider investing in professional basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation services to maintain their homes’ health, comfort, and value.

The floor is monolithic and the block walls were built on the inside of the crawlspace area. The walls will need to be taken down so that a drain can be installed on the outside...between the dirt crawlspace and the block walls.

Customer had water intrusion through an earthen wall in a corner of her unfinished basement. We installed a Finish Shield on the concrete block wall to channel water down and into a customized drainage system to route the seeping water to a sump pump so that it would then be pumped back outside. This will ensure that the area remains clean and dry for the customer and she will be able to finish the basement. She will have peace of mind with our Life of Structure guarantee.
